He is an associate professor at the Federal University of Pernambuco. Research Fellow at IZA, Research Fellow at the CLEAN Unit for Economic Analysis of Crime – Baffi-Carefin Centre, Bocconi University, Research Fellow at the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS), Invited Researcher at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), and Non-resident Senior Research Fellow at UNU-WIDER (United Nations).
He is a Tax Auditor at the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal do Brasil). Research Fellow at the CLEAN Unit (Bocconi University) and at the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS), and a Research Associate at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS).
